“For I will pour water on him who is thirsty, and floods on the dry ground; I will pour My Spirit on your descendants, and My blessing on your offspring;”
Isaiah 44:3

A thirsty person is one who keeps crying out to God in prayer and fasting, for His presence in his/her life.

As we refuse to be satisfied with sparks of His presence here and there, but keep crying out to Him, like a hungry new born baby, He will reward us with a constant flow of His presence by His Holy Spirit in the name of Jesus Christ!
