‘You are what you eat’, goes the popular cliché.

Some medical conditions have been linked to the processed foods people eat today.

God has so graciously blessed us with organic foods (plant and animal sources) that are beneficial to us and not detrimental to our health.

As we keep spreading this Good News about Jesus Christ and His Kingdom, many will become born again Christians, appreciate God for His daily provisions and He’ll grant us the knowledge of foods to eat that would make us youthful and not sickly, in the name of Jesus Christ!

It shall come to pass!
