“Now indeed, Elizabeth your relative has also conceived a son in her old age; and this is now the sixth month for her who was called barren.”
Luke‬ ‭1:36‬

Elizabeth may have been in her late 60s or mid-70s, but God overturned her situation of barrenness into fruitfulness by His miracle-working power.

When one turns away from a life of sin, accepts God’s forgiveness, receives Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord, and serves Him faithfully, s/he becomes a candidate for miracles.

So, as we keep spreading this Good News about Jesus Christ and His Kingdom, many will become born-again Christians, and our Heavenly Father will overturn whatever we have been labeled with due to our circumstances and give us a new identity, in the name of Jesus Christ!

And Zacharias said to the angel, “How shall I know this? For I am an old man, and my wife is well advanced in years.”
Luke‬ ‭1:18‬

Zacharias had prayed for many years, felt that it wasn’t to be, and resigned to fate (to accept something unpleasant that can’t be changed).

But God came through when all hope was gone.

For one not to resign to fate about his/her unpleasant circumstances, one must turn away from a life of sin, accept God’s forgiveness, receive Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord, and keep believing His Word.

So, as we keep spreading this Good News about Jesus Christ and His Kingdom, many will become born-again Christians, keep trusting and believing God’s Word and they shall come to pass in our lives at His appointed time, in the name of Jesus Christ!

But the angel said, “Don’t be afraid, Zechariah! God has heard your prayer. Your wife, Elizabeth, will give you a son, and you are to name him John.
Luke‬ ‭1:13‬ ‭NLT‬

Zechariah and Elizabeth were righteous and serving God blamelessly, but they had no child.

One day, after so many years of praying, the angel – Gabriel, brought the message that God had heard their prayer.

God hears the prayers of those who have turned away from a life of sin, accepted God’s forgiveness, received Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord, and are serving Him.

So, as we keep spreading this Good News about Jesus Christ and His Kingdom, many will become born-again Christians, keep serving God and all long-awaited answers to prayers shall come to pass speedily, in the name of Jesus Christ!

As citizens of our respective countries of residence, we have to live by the law of the land, or face penalties.

For the establishment of God’s Kingdom in people’s hearts and its advancement, the baptism and anointing of the Holy Spirit is a requirement.

God’s Kingdom is a spiritual and not a physical kingdom, hence the empowerment of the Holy Spirit is required for its advancement.

Only a person who has turned away from a life of sin, accepted God’s forgiveness, and received Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord; is able to receive the Holy Spirit.

God tested Abraham’s faith by asking him to go and sacrifice Isaac, his son whom he waited 25 years for.

God may ask us to do certain things that seem unconventional or allow adversity to come our way.

Whatever tests we are undergoing, let us maintain an attitude of thanksgiving and fervent prayers, knowing that our Heavenly Father wants the best for us.

No test, no testimony!

Just like every manufacturer would test their products for quality assurance, God – our Heavenly Father, also allows us – His children to undergo tests.

These tests come to certify our faith in Him and His Word.

Only a person who has turned away from a life of sin, accepted God’s forgiveness, and received Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord, can be triumphant over the tests of life.

Jesus Christ suffered and endured the pain and shame of being crucified because a great reward awaited Him.
