Ruth left her family, country, gods, etc., to follow Naomi to her country and to the God of Israel.

In return, the God of Israel granted her favour.

When we abandon all else and cleave to Jesus Christ, God in turn will reward us with His favour.

So, as we keep spreading this Good News about Jesus Christ and His Kingdom, many will become born-again Christians and experience unusual favour with God and people in general, in the name of Jesus Christ!

Naomi showed such love to her daughters-in-law, so much so that they wanted to follow her back to Israel.

Naomi’s life exemplified the grace of the God of Israel, that’s why Ruth and Orpah wanted to go with her.

Our lives are the only sermon many people will read.

An oppressed person is one who is subject to harsh and authoritarian treatment.

Many people are oppressed by Satan’s evil forces and have no one to deliver them.
